Inordertocontrolthemotorvehiclepollution,combined withthecurrentstatusofChina’sairpollutionandtheresearchprogressinrecentyears,theselectivecatalyticreductiontechnologywasusedandtheintegratedexperimentalsystemofautomobileexhaustemissionstestandcatalyticconversionwasdesignedindependently,includingvehicleemissiondetection,catalystpreparation,temperaturecontrolprocedure,gaspreparationandcatalyticconversionreactiondetection.Inthissystem,usingrealmotorvehicletotestthevehicleemissionsishelpfulforthestudentstounderstandtherelationshipbetweentheworkingconditionsandthepollutionemission.Bycomparingtheinfluenceofthedifferenttypesofcatalyst,thetemperatureprogrammedprocess (heatingtime,originaltemperature,andheatingrate),thereactiontimeandotherparametersonthecatalyticeffect,itishelpfultoincreasethestudents’scientificinterest,inspirescientificthinking,andpromotetheatmosphericexperimentcourseconstructionandfurthercultivateenvironmentalprofessionalsandtop-notchinnovativetalents.
