戴亮于2023年5月26日下午完成了博士学位论文答辩。他的论文题目是“长三角典型城市污染大气中新粒子生成特征、成因及其环境健康效应研究”。论文委员会的主席是王勤耕教授，其他委员会成员包括龙超教授，余欢教授，程文瀚教授，李珂教授。

      Liang Dai finished her PhD thesis defense in May 2023. The titles of his thesis is "Characteristics, causes and environmental effects of new particle formation in typical polluted urban atmosphere in the Yangtze River Delta". The chair of dissertation committee is Prof. Qin'geng Wang, and other committee members include Prof. Chao Long, Huan Yu,  Wenhan Cheng，and Ke Li.
